This isn’t just another random buy-and-sell page. This is our space – a verified, contractor-only zone where we can move surplus materials, tools, and equipment quickly and fairly instead of dumping them or letting them rust away in the yard.
What can you buy or sell?
Pretty much anything construction-related you have too much of (or need fast):
- Excess lumber, plywood, block, rebar & steel
- Roofing materials (shingles, metal roofing, felt, etc.)
- Electrical supplies (wire, breakers, panels, conduit, lights)
- Plumbing materials & fixtures
- Power tools, generators, air compressors, scaffolding
- Formwork, shoring, and concrete accessories
- Leftover paint, sealants, drywall, tile & flooring
- Heavy equipment attachments (buckets, forks, thumbs, etc.)
- Trucks, trailers, shipping containers, job-site offices & storage pods
- Literally anything you no longer need on the job!
Why this group matters
Every job leaves leftovers. Every contractor has that pile of “perfectly good” material taking up space. Now there’s finally a trusted place to turn that pile into cash – or grab exactly what you need for the next job at a fraction of retail.
Less waste in the landfill. More money in your pocket. Stronger network across New Providence, Grand Bahama, and all the Family Islands.
Simple rules (because we’re contractors, not lawyers):
- You must be a current BCA member (or direct employee of a member company) to post items for sale. We’ll check new postings to keep it legit.
- No spam, scams, or off-topic posts.
- Always include clear photos, detailed description, asking price, and location/island.
- First come, first served – no holding drama.
- Be upfront about condition (brand new, lightly used, or as-is).
